Behrad has had 30+ years experience working in the IT industry with skills ranging from solution design, pre-sales consulting, and software and hardware designs. He has many hobbies and interests including photography, fishing, woodwork, sports, gardening and anything related to technology. His caring nature and love of helping others has led him down the path of starting Tulip Care. 

Penny has 30 years of experience working in health care. She has worked in various facility based and community based settings with clients of all ages, from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a variety of disabilities. She is compassionate and caring and finds providing care and making a difference in someone’s life rewarding and fulfilling. 

Kiana is completing her fourth year of Bachelor of Psychology and has a keen interest in mental health and neurosciences. She currently works with children in a carer capacity and has in the past embarked on mentoring roles while attending high school.
